In a hurry . . .
Am in a hurry to get packed and head to Henderson where grandson, Garrett, is being baptized this weekend. Need to define my goals so that I have something to be accountable for. Will try that tomorrow if I can get to a computer. In the meantime, I am not looking forward to driving today in the snow but Glen assures me it's OK because it's not sticking to the roads. I love the snow---just don't like to drive in it. OK, take a deep breath and finish packing. Hmmm, think it's part of learning patience---with myself!

Quest for Organization and Patience
At my age, one would hardly think in terms of "a new beginning," however, knowing that organization and patience (and a whole lot of other things), still elude me, I am setting new goals and am determined to gain some ground before I am called home. Hopefully, I will find progression in this method of accountability and benefit from the sage advice of others who are on similar journeys.
We have just arrived home from the Seattle area where we were caring for Glen's folks this past month. Facing the age-related challenges of an 89 and 102-year-old, they are to a point where 24/7 care might be a good idea but leaving their home is not presently an option. Sooo, we are considering a move up there from Salt Lake but there is so much that needs to be done before we even make that decision---it is a bit overwhelming! This is one of the things that prompted the blog. I need to record what I am thinking and feeling and doing so that I have some accountability to myself. I suppose a journal would be another good tool, but I am not a very good journal writer. We'll see if this is any different.
